Displays on the diagnostic monitor all commands sent by the workstation to the
recorder. The format of the display is: "[Host->MPE]: [<command>] (timestamp)"
where <command> is the command string, and (timestamp) is the time the command
was received in 25msec intervals.
The display of these messages can be disabled (by setting this parameter to 0)
if the diagnostic monitor screen is too cluttered. Operation of the recorder
will not be affected.
